Market Data
- Quant Cockpit connects to your own Alpaca Paper account and uses Alpaca's free IEX data feed.
- IEX is a single U.S. exchange, so volume, RVOL and bid/ask reflect only part of total market activity and may differ from your brokerage app.
- Live prices update while IEX is trading (mainly 9:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. ET, with limited pre- and post-market activity). At other times, the app shows the most recent trade.
