This Privacy Policy explains how Quant Cockpit, operated by Algorithm Ant, processes information related to the use and purchase of the Quant Cockpit software.
We may process purchase email addresses, order information, license status, device identification data used for license validation, and support messages or diagnostic logs voluntarily provided by customers.
Alpaca API Keys and Secret Keys are entered directly into Quant Cockpit. When automatic login is enabled, these credentials are stored locally in Windows Credential Manager on the user’s PC. Quant Cockpit does not store these brokerage credentials on its analysis server.
Information is processed to verify software licenses, provide purchased downloads, operate the software, prevent unauthorized license use, provide customer support, and diagnose technical problems.
Quant Cockpit may use Creem for payment and order processing, Amazon Web Services for application infrastructure, and Alpaca for market-data connectivity.
We do not sell customers’ personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate the product, process purchases, provide support, or comply with law.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect processed information.
