Quant Cockpit is a Windows desktop application that organizes and displays U.S. stock market data for informational and analytical purposes.
A purchase provides a limited, personal, non-transferable license for one supported Windows device, unless a different license is expressly provided. Customers may not share, resell, distribute, copy, bypass, or misuse the license or software.
Use of Quant Cockpit requires Windows 10 or Windows 11, an internet connection, an Alpaca Paper account, and a valid Quant Cockpit activation key.
The installer ZIP is provided through the purchase platform. Customers must extract the ZIP and run “Quant Cockpit Setup.exe.” A separate eight-character activation key is normally sent to the purchase email within 24 hours after payment verification.
Quant Cockpit does not provide personalized investment advice, execute or automate trades, manage customer funds, or guarantee investment results. All investment decisions remain the user’s responsibility.
Market data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by third-party services, internet connectivity, maintenance, or technical errors.
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be considered when the software does not function as described on a supported environment and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable troubleshooting. Duplicate payments may also be refunded after verification. Refunds based only on a change of mind after download or activation may be declined where permitted by applicable law. Refunded licenses will be disabled.
